We are seeking a dedicated In-House Recruiter to join our Triumph ABA based in the Lakewood, NJ area on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will take charge of sourcing and hiring talented Behavior Technicians and BCBAs.

Responsibilities include leveraging LinkedIn and Indeed platforms along with local advertisement channels to attract qualified candidates.
