Job Description

A non-profit organization operating for over 20 years is seeking a Director of HR. Candidates must be capable of leading a team in strengthening all aspects of the HR department in response to organizational growth. This position bears the responsibility to analyze, develop, implement and monitor all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, retention, employee relations, and benefits programs. Successful candidates have exceptional communication skills, strong comfort in use of technology and field-related software and think critically. A minimum of 4 years in a supervisory HR position, mentoring new and experienced team members through problem solving, training and professional activities. SHRM certification are required.
