Job Description

As the Human Resources Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy for our organization. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving initiatives that support our business objectives. Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into HR initiatives.

Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR-related matters.


Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.

Develop strategies to attract and retain key employees.

Implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.


Employee Relations and Engagement:

Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives.

Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and morale.

Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.


Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Manage risk by implementing policies and procedures that mitigate potential liabilities.


Training and Development:

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to address them.

Monitor training effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.


HR Operations and Administration:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.


Budgeting and Financial Planning:

Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the HR budget.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies within the HR function.

Ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with overall financial goals.


Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement


Directly manage a team of HR professionals, including:

  1. HR Associate
  2. Recruiting Specialist
  3. Office Manager
  4. Employee Engagement Specialist
  5. Remote HR Manager (Manages a team in the Philippines)
