Job Description

Responsibilities for this position include overseeing coordinators handling intake of new clients for mentorship and therapy services, as well as coordinators handling scheduling for HCBS Reassessment evals. Ensure streamlined process and communication amongst the team, attend meetings internally as well as with the Parent Company (CARES) ensure compliance and regulation are met within the department. Communicate with clinicians as needed, assist with struggles within the team, and report to Director on department needs etc.

This requires someone with office experience. Someone conscientious, who can pay attention to detail, great customer service and phone skills and ability to multi-task. Needs to be someone with amazing references- has run a team in the past and is known to be a solid supervisor- someone the team can rely on and trust and can be a support to the team as well as team player amongst the other departments. A true delegator and great communicator.
