Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our expanding team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth processing of merchant cash advance applications. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with a keen interest in finance and strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process merchant cash advance applications and prepare contracts.
• Coordinate with sales agents to collect documentation from customers.
• Guide merchants and clients through the funding process.
• Communicate with partners/clients to clarify information and follow up on pending offers.
• Perform clerical duties including typing, data entry, copying, scanning, and sending out emails.
• Continually learn the business, support operations, and enhance processes.
• Utilize LendTech Software
• Be flexible to assist with requests after hours on occasions.
• Continuously improve our software development process.

Qualifications:

• Recent college graduate with a degree in finance or a strong interest in finance.
• Strong computer skills and ability to streamline processes without compromising results.
• Positive attitude, calm demeanor, quick learner, and eager to grow with the business.
• Excellent phone and email communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, goal-oriented, and ability to multitask.
• Prior experience in the financial industry, specifically with merchant cash advances is required.
