We are looking to hire a Project Manager to operate a preexisting department in addition to spearheading a new service being offered to our clients. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to be engaged in managing a service department with an additional commission structure for spearheading the new department.
Project Manager Responsibilities Will Include:
- Communication with clients to schedule appointments and answer questions
- Review engineer produced reports and have a strong understanding to review material with clients
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with the Engineering Department for status updates and confirm necessary data
Sales Responsibilities Will Include:
- Implement a streamlined process for the new service being offered
- Generate sales using our existing client base
- Research and communicate with multiple vendors
- Create and send proposals to clients
Previous Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written must be able to write a professional email
- Ability to stay organized and multitask
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in Energy Efficiency is a plus but not required.
