Position Summary

We are looking for an organized, motivated Accounts Receivable Managed Care Billing Associate for our group of skilled nursing facilities.  As an Accounts Receivable Managed Care Billing Associate, you will be responsible for billing the Managed Medicare/Medicaid, MLTC and Commercial plan claims for our skilled nursing facilities. Tasks include reviewing census data and authorizations, billing for services, reviewing collections and payments. You will work with business office staff, conduct audits, ensure compliance, and monitor receivables and aging reports.

Qualifications:

• The ability to multi-task between projects, payer types, and month-end deadlines.
• Attention to detail and the ability to understand, problem solve, track, and verbalize troubled/growing accounts and payor types.
• Able to communicate with confidence to executive leaders.
• A positive attitude and ability to work with business office managers.
• Strong computer and communication skills.

Experience:

• Skilled Nursing Facility Accounts Receivable Billing a plus.

Salary commensurate with experience.
