Job Summary

Seeking an Operations Specialist to optimize workers’ compensation insurance operations by improving processes, enhancing collaboration, and implementing performance metrics. This role requires expertise in workflow documentation, KPI development, and process improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Document and refine workers’ compensation insurance processes.
  • Ensure clear communication of roles and responsibilities across teams.
  • Assess and improve interdepartmental workflows for efficiency.
  • Design and implement KPIs to measure departmental performance.
  • Analyze data to drive operational improvements.
  • Develop reporting mechanisms to support decision-making.
  • Streamline processes to maximize resource utilization.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years in workers’ compensation insurance (carrier side).
  • 3-5 years in operations management.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations.
