Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Title Reader to join our team. As a Title Reader, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing property titles to ensure accuracy and completeness. Your role will involve examining legal documents, identifying any discrepancies or issues, and preparing comprehensive reports to support title insurance decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze property titles and related documents to verify their accuracy and completeness.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in title records.
Prepare detailed reports and summaries for internal use and client communication.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to address title-related queries and concerns.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in title examination or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of property law, title insurance, and real estate transactions.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
