Job Description

Comprehensive Behavior Supports, a rapidly growing company that provides ABA therapy services for children with Autism, currently seeks a Full Time Case Manager. 

The ideal candidate will take initiative in instituting case management policies and communicating with client families and other involved parties effectively.

We are looking for a compassionate, attention-driven professional, who believes in facilitating wellness for our clients and their families. Our Case Managers also ensure that the cases they are responsible for are appropriately staffed at all times. 


Office Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 9 AM-5 PM, Fridays 9 AM-12/1 PM

The position is an in-office role and the candidate must be willing to commute to our Brooklyn office.

Office is currently located at 6214 24th Ave Brooklyn 11204 and will be moving to 1649 61st Ave Brooklyn in the next few weeks/months.



Responsibilities:

  • Maintain frequent communication and create a warm relationship with client families who are receiving services, including monthly check-in calls
  • Troubleshoot any problems that arise with services
  • Receive patient progress reports in a timely fashion and otherwise assist process of securing insurance re/authorization  
  • Maintain confidential client records
  • Manage all staffing needs that fall within the region and work closely with our recruiters to ensure appropriate case staffing
  • Liaise with recruiters in order to hire staff and then staff cases in a timely manner
  • Conduct candidate interviews
  • Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
  • Document all communication with client families and providers
