Part time (25 hours a week) Remote, Case Management
Applicants must be based in NYC and able to conduct in-person visits to patients on their caseload once every three months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with patients and caregivers
- Working with service providers
- Staying on top of emails and deadlines
- Dealing with customer service and retention
- Multitasking in an in-office environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) Required
- Customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: $40-60k
