We at Crown Counseling are dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services to children, adolescents and adults.

We are seeking additional compassionate and experienced therapists to join our team. Our clientele is a glorious mosaic of

Individuals mostly from our local community (Crown Heights) and from beyond as well.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine treatment plans.

- Providing individual and/or family therapy sessions.

- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records and progress notes.

Requirements for ALL positions

- Must have MSW-LP, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or MHC-LP.

- Experience in evidence-based therapeutic techniques 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment, whether remote or on-site.

-Proven commitment to learning and professional growth in excess of academic experience.

-Minimum caseload is 15 billable hours per week (child therapist) and 18 for remote therapists.

-Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states as needed to support program growth.

Requirements for Child/Adolescent therapist positions:

- Willingness to work with children and adolescents (for In-Person positions only).

- Experience in child-based therapeutic techniques such as art, play, sand-play, games, etc

-Commitment to engaging parents in helping their child.

-Understanding of child development and challenges as well as of diagnostic considerations.
