Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Location: In-person & Remote (occasional travel within a 30-minute radius of work location)

Hourly Rate: $90 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Specialist to perform Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments at our clinic. The ideal candidate must be ADOS-certified and passionate about working with children and adolescents (ages 1-20). This position offers flexibility for remote work, with occasional in-person assessments required within a 30-minute travel radius.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ASD diagnostic evaluations using the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) for clients aged 1-20 years.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment recommendations.
  • Clearly communicate assessment findings and recommendations to clients and families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
  • Provide follow-up support as needed.

Requirements

  • ADOS certification required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in ASD diagnostics.
  • Willingness to travel within 30 minutes of the clinic for in-person assessments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and families.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensure as a psychologist or pediatric medical practitioner is beneficial but not required.
