Job Description

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team! You’ll provide individual and family therapy sessions—primarily to children and adolescents—addressing a range of mental health concerns. This role involves close collaboration with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to support the overall well-being of our patients.

• Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex needs
• Communicate effectively with families, healthcare providers, and schools
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in pediatric and family mental health

🎓 Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Licensure (LCSW or LCSW-C)
• Experience with children and adolescents in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
