Job Description
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team! You’ll provide individual and family therapy sessions—primarily to children and adolescents—addressing a range of mental health concerns. This role involves close collaboration with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to support the overall well-being of our patients.

- Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex needs
- Communicate effectively with families, healthcare providers, and schools
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in pediatric and family mental health
🎓 Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Licensure (LCSW or LCSW-C)
- Experience with children and adolescents in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
