Position Overview:

We are looking for someone with strong skills in care management, as this is the core position. The Care Manager will be responsible for managing communication between families, BCBAs, and technicians, coordinating schedules, addressing insurance-related issues, tracking service delivery, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily care management operations. This position offers the chance to stretch your skill set and be an integral part of building the company's foundational processes and systems. This is your chance to be part of something extraordinary, shaping the company’s future with the CEO and Director of Operations – a truly one-of-a-kind opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for families, BCBAs, and technicians throughout the service delivery process.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules between parents and providers, handle cancellations, and schedule changes, ensuring services are delivered according to plan.
  • Ensure all services are logged accurately and on time to maintain compliance and facilitate a smooth payroll and billing cycle.
  • Be the go-to person for providers, assisting with administrative, billing, payroll, and other operational concerns.
  • Address insurance issues promptly, following up urgently, knowing services may go uncovered and payments delayed if insurance isn’t active.
  • Support families with any concerns or questions they have, providing them with updates and solutions to challenges.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and work to resolve them before they affect service delivery or provider/family relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous office experience required, preferably in ABA or a related field.
  • Computer-savvy, with proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with families and providers.
  • Detail oriented, the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment, with follow through on tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially when dealing with urgent situations.
  • A desire for growth and an interest in playing an active role in this initial stage.
