 About the Role

As the Nurse Manager, you’ll supervise a small team of field nurses and ensure clinical excellence and compliance. 

 Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field RNs

• Ensure clinical documentation meets all agency and DOH guidelines

• Collaborate with coordinators and admin staff to ensure timely compliance

• Serve as a liaison to families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care

 What You Bring

• Current NYS RN license

• At least 2 years of LHCSA home care experience

• Strong assessment and documentation skills

• Comfort conducting field visits as needed

• Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but not required

• A commitment to high-quality care and team collaboration
