Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing recruiter to support large-scale hiring for our health care agency. This is a fast-paced, volume driven role for someone who understand how modern recruiting works.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage high-volume multi-discipline recruiting pipelines
  • Source candidates using job boards, databases, outbound outreach and referral channels
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to improve ads, outreach, messaging, and candidate conversation
  • Ensure licensing, credentialing and documentation
  • Performance based incentive tied to recruiting output results
  • Conduct phone screens and qualification calls
