Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing recruiter to support large-scale hiring for our health care agency. This is a fast-paced, volume driven role for someone who understand how modern recruiting works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage high-volume multi-discipline recruiting pipelines
- Source candidates using job boards, databases, outbound outreach and referral channels
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to improve ads, outreach, messaging, and candidate conversation
- Ensure licensing, credentialing and documentation
- Performance based incentive tied to recruiting output results
- Conduct phone screens and qualification calls
