Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain regular, supportive communication with client families, including monthly check-in calls
  • Actively troubleshoot any issues that may arise with services provided
  • Ensure timely receipt of patient progress reports and assist with insurance reauthorization processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of client records
  • Manage staffing needs within the region, collaborating closely with our recruiters to ensure appropriate case staffing
  • Conduct candidate interviews and facilitate timely case staffing
  • Develop work schedules, allocating employees to shifts and positions as needed
  • Document all communication with client families and service providers
