Full-Time RN– School-Based 1:1 Student Support

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 based on experience

Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-3

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable New York State Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing support for a child in a school setting. The RN will shadow the student throughout the school day to ensure their medical needs are met safely and promptly, allowing them to fully participate in their educational experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care and supervision for a student during school hours
• Monitor the child’s health status and respond to medical needs as required
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plan
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA
• Support the student’s safety, comfort, and inclusion throughout the school day

Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN license (required)
• Experience in pediatrics, school nursing, or special needs care preferred
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Dependable, patient, and child-focused
