Yedei Chesed is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide care for medically complex individuals in group homes across multiple locations in Monsey, NY.

Schedule

Full-time, 36 hours/week (in-person) with flexible scheduling.

Compensation

$45-$50 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health status of residents and respond to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Train and support direct care staff

• BSN required
• Active NYS RN license
• Experience with developmental disabilities/medically complex patients preferred
