A Toms River, NJ ABA company is hiring a recruiting specialist. Candidate must have at least 2 years of prior recruiting experience in the healthcare field. Job involves actively working on finding new staff, interviewing on a constant basis, and handling different recruiting platforms. Looking for someone aggressive who is a people person, a go getter, and a good communicator. ABA recruiting experience is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9:30 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm.
