We are looking for an Expert Medical Biller for ABA Therapy Claims - Denials & Rejections Specialist, who is also a proactive problem-solver.

Are you a highly experienced medical biller with a proven track record in navigating the complexities of ABA therapy claims? We're looking for a meticulous, organized, and adaptable professional to join our team and manage the full lifecycle of our claims process. We need someone who can not only manage existing processes, but also figure out new stuff and solve problems as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Claim Submission: Prepare and submit clean ABA therapy claims to various payers (commercial, Medicaid, etc.).
• Denial Management Mastery: Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections with precision and efficiency.
• Appeals & Follow-Up: Develop and submit detailed appeals, and diligently follow up on outstanding claims.
• Payer Knowledge & Adaptability: Stay up-to-date on payer-specific guidelines and regulations for ABA therapy, and be able to interpret and implement new guidelines.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify billing challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Documentation & Organization: Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing activities.
• Detail-Oriented: Ensure all claims are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in medical billing, specifically with ABA therapy claims.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling claim denials and rejections.
• Strong understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
• Proficiency in billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• The ability to research and learn new information, and to think outside of the box to solve problems.
