A facility is seeking an experienced and dedicated ABA Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee the clinical operations of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the field of ABA, with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. Knowledge of Central Reach Software is required to effectively manage client data, treatment plans, and staff scheduling.
