A growing and well established team is seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their long-term care team in Staten Island, NY.

Responsibilities:

Full scope of primary care for our geriatric patients within a nursing home in Staten Island, NY.

Requirements:

• Valid NP or PA license in the state of NY
• Ok with nursing home setting
• Great bedside manner

Benefits:

• Outstanding salary ranging between $125,000-$155,000 annually! (based on experience)
