Team Protect is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide key support for our mission of preventing child fatalities and raising awareness about safety measures. This role involves managing communications, scheduling, copywriting, organizing resources, and supporting team operations. As a central figure in our office, you will coordinate meetings, draft correspondences, and ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a professional and proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the team.
Draft, edit, and proofread written materials, including correspondence, reports, and promotional content.
Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure documents are organized and up to date.
Assist in managing team projects by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including organizing resources and handling logistics.
Act as a liaison between the team and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Support general management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Position Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
