Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, offering service recommendations, and assisting clients with their needs.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in generating leads, managing client appointments, and processing service orders.
- Service Promotion: Promote our services to potential clients, explain the value of each service offering, and ensure that client needs are met.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Documentation: Accurately track and document client interactions, appointments, and service details in our CRM system.
- Problem Solving: Address any client concerns or issues with a positive attitude and find solutions quickly.
- Sales Target Assistance: Support the sales team in reaching targets through follow-ups, client outreach, and offering upsell opportunities when appropriate.
- Administrative Support: Assist in organizing schedules and managing client records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
