Office Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Location: Williamsburg - 18 minutes from Crown Heights

Hours: 30 - 40 hours/week

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Female Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced property management office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tenant and owner communication
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate vendors
  • Enter and track work orders
  • Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and maintaining organized billing records
  • Maintain organized files and documentation


Qualifications:
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Experience with Rent Manager or real estate is a plus
