Location: Williamsburg - 18 minutes from Crown Heights
Hours: 30 - 40 hours/week
We’re looking for a reliable and organized Female Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced property management office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tenant and owner communication
- Schedule appointments and coordinate vendors
- Enter and track work orders
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and maintaining organized billing records
- Maintain organized files and documentation
Qualifications:- Strong organization and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Experience with Rent Manager or real estate is a plus
