Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this policies is to ensure policies remain active by collaborating with insureds to prevent cancellations, optimizing the payment process, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and support.
Primary Responsibilities
All of the following responsibilities are in addition to the internal company policies outlined in the company Employee Handbook and should be fulfilled in accordance with the most recent version of the Oak Tree Procedural Manual.
Manage cancellation notices to prevent policy cancellation and maintain active status
Issue cease coverage letters to clients upon policy cancellation
Handle billing inquiries
Assist with miscellaneous client requests and inquiries
Sort incoming mail and forward it to the appropriate recipients
Provide high-level customer support to assigned clients
Complete all required and requested internal company processes
Perform other duties as assigned by the President or Department Manager
Position Characteristics/Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and seek help when needed
Strong multitasking abilities, adaptability to changing situations, and quick, informed decision-making skills
Proficiency in task organization and effective problem-solving
Ability to work independently on individual tasks and collaboratively within a team
