Customer Service Representative
Location: Monsey, NY
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Culinary Depot is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing a variety of inquiries and issues with professionalism and excellence. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve complaints related to damages, order discrepancies, and other concerns effectively.
- Order Follow-Up: Provide updates on order status and follow up with customers on outstanding orders.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with sales and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Update customer records and track orders for accurate and timely resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues, suggest improvements, and report findings to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other CSRs and departments to provide seamless support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient with CRM software and customer service tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent required
