Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily updates to the President and report accomplishments or issues needing attention.
Manage the scheduling of multiple technicians.
Perform administrative duties such as answering phones and purchasing materials and supplies.
Assist with customer relationship management and ensure proactive follow-up.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
