Job Description
We are seeking a sharp, driven, and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder/CEO across multiple ventures. This is not a traditional support role — it’s a high-impact, high-responsibility position designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, manages competing priorities effortlessly, and thinks like a business partner.
This role blends executive support, strategic operations, and technology leadership. You will be responsible for communication flow, scheduling, cross-department coordination, reporting, technology research and implementation, and ensuring the CEO stays focused on top priorities. You’ll also lead the rollout of systems, automations, and software integrations to drive efficiency across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar with total ownership — prioritizing, filtering, and acting independently where appropriate.
- Attend internal and external meetings, capture detailed action items, and ensure follow-through across departments.
- Drive accountability across teams by overseeing KPI reporting, weekly check-ins, and process tracking.
- Conduct research to support strategic decisions — including market research, vendor evaluations, and internal process improvement.
- Lead implementation of new technology tools and systems — including project management, CRM, workflow automation, and communication platforms.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure teams are aligned, software is optimized, and no detail falls through the cracks.
- Be the executive’s right hand — anticipating needs, solving problems early, and safeguarding their time.
