Job Description

CPA firm in Brooklyn is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the partners. Responsibilities include managing calendars and communications, assisting with sales and client relations, and handling office administration such as paperwork processing, client onboarding, billing, and collections.

Prior executive and/or office administrative assistant experience is required. Bookkeeping experience is not required. This is a full-time, in-person role with flexibility in hours and the option for partial remote work.
