Job Description
We are seeking a sharp, driven Executive Assistant to support a busy regional nursing home administrator at a growing healthcare organization. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Queens, NY, ideal for someone who is highly organized, quick-thinking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Draft, edit, and manage professional emails and correspondence
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple projects
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with administrative projects and operational tasks as assigned
- Organize documents, files, and sensitive information with discretion
- Serve as a reliable point of coordination between internal teams and leadership
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritize independently and think critically
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work full-time, in person in Queens
