Job Description

CPA firm in Brooklyn is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the partners. Responsibilities include managing calendars and communications, assisting with sales and client relations, and handling office administration such as paperwork processing, client onboarding, billing, and collections.

Prior executive and/or office administrative assistant experience is required. Bookkeeping experience is strongly preferred. This is a full-time, in-office role.
