Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (some flexibility)

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting both leadership and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and brings a strong “get-it-done” attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meetings
- Handle invoicing and prepare internal documents and reports
- Assist with meeting coordination, follow-ups, and organization
- Provide administrative support to the executive and sales teams
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Support day-to-day office and administrative operations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Calendly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
