Mid size company selling on Ecommerce and wholesale/retail (Health and Beauty) is seeking an Integrator/COO.
As the COO/Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company’s day-to-day operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for translating the CEO’s vision into actionable strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
You will be responsible to lead,/mentor, and manage a high-performing team to achieve operational goals.
– Handle hiring, training, and development of staff.
– Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
– Work closely with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and business plans.
– Translate high-level strategies into actionable operational plans.
– Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Manage wholesale/retail and Ecommerce operations, including distribution channels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO or Director of Operations.
Strong background in e-commerce operations
Yiddish speaking is a plus.
