A company near Passaic, NJ is hiring a COO. This is a very hands-on position. Looking for someone energetic, hardworking, data driven, strategic, and detail oriented. Job involves streamlining processes and workflows by getting into the details on the ground, working out what the issue is, and figuring out how to solve it with the budget in mind. Looking for someone with prior operations management experience for a business. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5:30 pm, and Fri, 9 am-12 pm.
