A Lakewood, NJ ABA company is hiring a COO. Candidate must have worked as a COO or Operations Manager at a homecare agency, nursing home agency Medicaid agency, ABA agency, or in a related industry. Job includes managing the Lakewood office which includes 15 employees, and all their national staff and clients. Candidate will be responsible for managing all staff, processes, and systems. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours. Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
