A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring a customer service representative. Candidate must speak Yiddish and English. Job includes conducting monthly check-in calls to their clients to ensure their child is getting proper services. Looking for someone with excellent communication skills, specifically phone skills. Candidate must be intuitive to ask the right questions. Training will be provided. Experience with HCBS services is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9:30 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-12/1 pm
