Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and mature staff member to support the CEO in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clerical skills, strong project coordination abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Organize and plan events, including meetings, conferences, and corporate functions.
- Maintain office organization by managing files, documents, and correspondence effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Assist with personal tasks as required, ensuring the CEO’s needs are met in a timely manner.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Member or in a similar role.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent calendar management skills with an understanding of scheduling complexities.
- Exceptional clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately for transcribing notes and documents.
