Job Description
Yes I Can is actively seeking a Full-Time Intake Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Boro Park. This is an in-person position within an all-female office, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate—a true people-person who can serve as the first point of contact for our clients and ensure a welcoming and efficient intake process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and support clients: Serve as the initial point of contact, providing a warm and professional experience for new clients.
- Manage the intake process: Collect, review, and verify necessary client information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate schedules: Schedule appointments efficiently, balancing client needs with staff availability.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with other staff members to ensure clients receive seamless, high-quality service.
- Maintain records: Organize and update client files to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Compensation
- Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year (commensurate with experience).

- Proficiency with basic office software
