Lead a team of five client retention specialists to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction 🤝

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Location: Crown Heights

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM, Mon-Fri

Day to Day Responsibilities:

🫶🏼 Provide guidance and support to team

📑 Review documentation submitted

📞 Handle escalated calls

🗣️ Collaborate with other department managers
