Job Title: Executive Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and organized Executive Assistant to help knock out the daily tasks that come up. You’ll work directly with the founder and be a key part of helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent writing skills — you’ll be drafting a lot of written content
- Strong problem-solving skills — you’re someone who figures things out
- Tech-savvy — you’ll need to learn and use different software tools
- Basic to average spreadsheet skills — enough to stay organized and keep track of things
What You'll Do:
You’ll be handling a variety of tasks that change day to day. Some examples include:
- Writing professional emails, project briefs, and internal documents
- Researching competitor products and finding business leads online
- Communicating with affiliates and business customers
- Creating to-do lists and project outlines for the team (developers, designers, etc.)
- Testing software and firmware updates before they go live
- Reviewing ad campaigns to check for any issues
- Keeping things organized using spreadsheets and task trackers
Details:
- Part-time: 9am–2pm, Monday-Friday
- Location: Remote
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience and skills
