Location: On-site in Pikesville, MD

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-driven Executive Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our two retail locations. You’ll handle essential administrative tasks, manage detailed inventory records, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. This is a hands-on role at the core of our fast-paced and growing business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pack and ship wholesale orders
  • Enter purchase and sales orders with precision
  • Maintain and update inventory and auction tracking spreadsheets
  • Organize and stock the executive office
  • Provide administrative and operational support to company leadership


What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Prior experience in an administrative or operations support role preferred
