Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership
- Create, organize, and maintain digital files for real estate ownership and related documents
- Manage documents, correspondence, and records with a high level of accuracy
- Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- AppFolio experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
