
A dynamic Brooklyn-based non-profit is seeking an Executive/Special Assistant to support the Executive Director, providing a wide range of complex, confidential, and administrative support. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing executive scheduling; preparing and organizing communication materials; supporting board meetings and the preparation of board materials; liaising with clients and external partners such as funders or elected officials; and organizing special events. The nature of the role requires exemplary time management skills and the ability to proactively identify and anticipate the Executive Director’s needs, while interacting seamlessly and professionally with a broad range of stakeholders, including the Senior Management Team, Board of Directors, public officials, and funders. The successful candidate will be expected to handle highly sensitive institutional information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
