- Masterfully manage a fast-shifting executive calendar and anticipate scheduling needs.
- Draft and review high-stakes correspondence, acting as a professional liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive business plans and personnel matters with absolute, ironclad confidentiality.
- Track ongoing initiatives and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings.

- Absolute discretion and proven judgment with confidential data.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in modern office and calendar tools.
- Must be able to work full-time in our Brooklyn office.
