A Lakewood, NJ construction company is hiring a part time executive assistant. This job can mostly be done from home (in Lakewood only). Candidate will need to come into the office once a week. Looking for someone to do invoicing, basic bookkeeping, ordering supplies, inventory updates, paying credit cards and other admin tasks. Looking for someone with at least 1 year of prior office experience. Candidate must be very geshikt and detail oriented. Candidate must have a smartphone with WhatsApp. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
