Overview


Roth&Co is a fast-growing mid-sized CPA firm located in New York & New Jersey, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide executive-level administrative and accounts receivable support for our partners. This full-time role focuses on executive administrative responsibilities and managing accounts receivable for partner clients.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as a trusted administrative partner to firm executives, anticipating needs and managing priorities
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics
  • Handle client communications, calls, and Zoom meetings with discretion and professionalism
  • Manage accounts receivable for partner clients, including reviewing aging reports, following up on outstanding invoices, and facilitating collections
  • Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and financial support materials
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by partners


Requirements


  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with financial systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Adaptability and comfort managing shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a dynamic team
