Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and budgets.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and bank reconciliations.
Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Monitor compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
Provide support for financial audits and tax preparation.
Supervise and mentor office staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, office manager, or similar role in a service-based industry.
Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial principles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
